New service specializes in livestock, house pet care

It is always good to read stories about how pet sitters got going and set up their pet sitting business.

Kim Hemmingsen greets other people's animals like she would greet an old friend: "Hi, guys! How are you doing?"

The Buckeye resident opened her own business Aug. 1, called Watch-Over-Me Pet Sitting. It specializes in livestock and house pet care in the Southwest Valley, including Buckeye, Avondale, Goodyear and Litchfield Park.
